Delete Account

We're sorry to see you go. Please read the following information carefully before proceeding with account deletion.

What happens when you delete your account

  • All your personal data will be permanently removed.
  • Your posted opportunities and applications will be deleted.
  • Your transaction history, earnings, and rankings will be erased.
  • This action is irreversible and cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the Gigxus app on your mobile device.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Tap Settings & Privacy.
  4. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
  5. Review the confirmation and proceed to delete your account.

Data retention

After account deletion, we may retain certain anonymized data for up to 30 days for legal and regulatory compliance. After this period, all data is permanently purged from our systems. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
